WOMAN OF VALOUR MINISTRY
The WOMAN OF VALOUR MINISTRY believes that women play a vital role in the Kingdom of God and that they are pivotal in the spiritual development of the church, the family, and the community.
OBJECTIVES
- Empower women (not only in the church but in the community) to seek a higher level of spiritual maturity in Christ through the knowledge of biblical principles and doctrine, by encouraging them to attend biblical classes and trainings.
- Create an atmosphere that fosters fellowship, support and
encouragement, where opportunities are made available for women to discover their God-given gifts and be empowered to fulfill God’s purpose.
- Be a support group for women, where there is freedom to share their issues and help in times of need, as well as encourage and empower one another in the Word of God.
- Cultivate a spirit of unity and service amongst women and equip them to serve within ELM and their community.
- Support the work of ELM by nurturing and encouraging women to become leaders so that they can minister to the needs of other women through witnessing, teaching, evangelism and outreach programs.
- Empower women in the community to be that Woman of Valour that they have been called by God to be, through specific outreach
programs to touch the heart of the women.
Mission Statement
To unite, encourage, empower, motivate, equip and support women in Christ to live in God’s purpose for their lives; that is, to be bold women of substance, courageous and fearless in the face of adversity, ready to fulfill the calling of God on their lives, for His Glory and the advancement of His Kingdom.
